Threading

thread1 The ancient art of threading has long been popular in India, China and the Middle East and has grown in popularity in the West in recent years.

Threading is a natural system of removing the finest of hair at the root using a 100% pure cotton thread by a therapist, not what you would really call painful but obviously there is a temporary twinge. This system is also ideally suited to facial hair such as lips or the side of the face and can also be used on small body areas.

The therapist creates tension in the cotton which is then applied to the face. As the cotton passes across the surface of the skin it catches up hair follicle which is then lifted directly from the root therefore results last as long as waxing. You also get the perfect eyebrow shape as the therapists travel along the bone of the brow thus giving the perfect shape to the face.
